We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most products, starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the safety seal intact
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or have a broken safety seal, for health and safety reasons. This applies even within the 30-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with a broken or missing safety seal
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cerberustrade.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you once the issue is verified.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@cerberustrade.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status
  4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our standard return process.
